For years, there has been a frustrated horticulturist working at the Cincinnati airport. When Delta decided to downsize, Michael White landed on his feet at Arbor Doctor LLC.
Michael just completed his second month at Arbor Doctor and has proven to be as passionate and engaged as advertised. What Mike lacks in professional horticultural experience he has more than made up in work ethic and eagerness to learn. If Michael comes out to look after your landscape, be assured that if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it for you. And, be assured that since Michael is as interested and engaged in all things horticultural as he is, he has a lot of answers already!
How Michael came to Arbor Doctor is a story in itself. Michael, a Christian, knew his airport job was being eliminated and had been praying for a position where he could put his passions to use with a company which shared his values. Meanwhile, Arbor Doctor owner Ron Rothhaas was also praying that he would find an employee who would fill our company’s needs and fit our values. Very soon after Michael and Ron began these prayers, Ron logged onto Facebook and saw that Michael was searching for a job. Mike’s profile picture showed him standing in front of the tropical plants he grows and sells. The rest was history!
Mike does raise and sell tropical plants in addition to his duties at Arbor Doctor. You can check out Michael’s own website at http://www.midwestaquaticsandexotics.com/.
